CHC Brazil is looking for a SOURCING SPECIALIST.

We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking professional that will be responsible for the development and execution of the procurement strategy for local Brazil spend along with assigned categories of global spend. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing process. The successful candidate will be able to transform their skills to deliver cost savings and an efficient service to our internal customers through outstanding negotiation skills, strong financial & analytical skills and your ability to build strong relationships across the organization and with suppliers.

• Minimum 3 years Supply Chain experience with a focus on Strategic Sourcing;
• Proven experience in development and execution of a procurement strategy for a category of spend;
• Outstanding negotiation skills with proven experience and results in negotiating high value, complex contracts;
• Strong leadership skills to be able to lead a project and engage the required project team members from any part of the organization;
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and generating reports;
• Training/experience in Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred;
• Supply Chain accreditation (CPP, CPSM, CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
